Count It All As Joy

Sitting here this afternoon, with a heart of thankfulness as I watch God literally open up new opportunities for me. To give the readers a little bit of history about my journey, I was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome also known as PCOS. Some may ask what is PCOS. PCOS is a hormonal imbalance which causes women to become insulin resistant, overweighed, and also could cause them to face infertility issues causing one to miscarry.

Two years ago before I was actually diagnosed with PCOS I became pregnant which the end result was a miscarriage, which was devastating. But with faith in God, my family managed to heal. There were moments I would just repeat “God I trust you, I don’t know what’s next but this situation has upgraded my faith to another level.” I was able to say that because a few years prior to my pregnancy I was told by 5 fertility specialist whom all hold degrees, that we would never be able to conceive on our own. But the way God works he always shows out when man says NO.

Moving forward, God has caused some major things to happen which led me to go to the scripture in James 1 which speaks about counting it all as joy and how my faith would produce patience. I was recently contacted by an individual whom has definitely been a huge help in my holistic healing process. The individual asked if I would be open to having them and their team feature my journey on their social media platforms. Of course, I agreed to this amazing opportunity.

Even after experiencing something so devastating God has allowed my journey to become a beautiful blessing. Not only has God placed amazing people in my life to help show me how to walk into my own healing and experience a healthier life that’s filled with nothing but the promises of God. They have also given me the opportunity to inform others as well as being a positive encourager to those who face issues such as PCOS, Fibroids, Cancer, and Inflammation all over the world.

I want to leave you guys with a scripture that you can always stand on.

Jeremiah 1:12 AMP says: “You have seen well, for I AM [actively] watching over My word to fulfill it.” Therefore, trust the process and count it all as joy!

Planted For A Purpose

Ask yourself today, “Am I planted in the right location?” Often times us as human beings pick and choose where we think we would be more beneficial. But in all reality, God knows exactly where we need us to be and the time He needs us there. This reminds me of the scripture “Be still and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10). A seed doesn’t move around and grow where it wants to grow. It simply stays in the position or location that the planter has placed it.

Therefore, we must ask ourselves are we in the location or position that the Father our planter has placed us. Or have we planted ourselves in a place where it seems to be the right place. According to Proverbs 16:25 it reads “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.” Being planted in the wrong location can cause an individual or plant to die due to not receiving the right nourishment. Not only will this affect the individual, but it will also hinder the growth of the things that are supposed to be attached to it.

Know that wherever God has planted you, there is a huge purpose on why He chose that location. Remember He knows the plans He has for you. So trust the process and allow God to supply you with all the nutrients needed to blossom for his glory.

Reset To Relaunch

Many have already considered to do the traditional thing, and that is to make a New Year’s Resolution that is almost impossible to keep. The first step that should be taken is creating a reachable goal, that’s easily to complete.

As for my family and I, we have already (preset) our minds that we will be resetting every area of our lives according to the Word of God. This takes being honest with yourself, as well as getting rid of the visible things first. Many times individuals seek to compare themselves to others and that’s how they base their “New Year’s Resolution”.

In the year of 2017, I want to see a move of God in every area of my life. As I sit back and analyze my life I can honestly say I don’t think I had ever expected a move of God that didn’t make any natural sense. I always wanted to see a move of God that made sense. But the closer I get to God the more I take on His character the more I want Him to use my life, so that there will be evidence that He is real.

Therefore, this resetting is not just for me, but it is also for every person I have an encounter with. The more time I spend renewing me, the more they will see God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. This will cause a drawing like never before.

“God Let Them See You Through Me”.

Everything that I have released in the atmosphere by faith, I’m believing for it to manifest suddenly. It doesn’t always have to take an eternity to see a move of God. It is recorded numerous of times how people were healed and received things suddenly according to their faith.

Affirmations

We create things with our mouth. Once I discovered the power of affirmations, I have relentlessly used them to accomplish my income goals, obtained lucrative contracts, make coveted connections and seal many deals.

Walk Into It

Sitting here spending some quality time listening to God speak, because He’s always speaking we just have to get to that place where we are able to hear Him without being distracted. These are moments I embrace because I never leave from His presence the way I entered in. Anyways, so many words illuminated to me that I really needed to see. They brought a sense of clarity. One of the words was trust. Many may have experienced a level of lack of trust in your life towards a person or people. But we must remember we can’t put God in the same box that we have put people in. Many people in the Bible had to flat out trust God. For example Abram and his wife Sarai had to trust and believe in the words God had spoken to Abram about him becoming a father. Even when things don’t make sense we still must trust in the words and promises God left here for us. The next word that caught my attention was faith. This one here stood out  like a sore thumb to me, because faith is the currency into heaven and without faith it is impossible to please God. Also all throughout the Bible it was mentioned that their faith had healed them. Things that we need to become healed and delivered from are going to take our participation. I’ve heard the saying ” Jesus Fix It” but as I recall in the Bible when Christ died on the cross he said “It is finished”. So with that being said He has done everything that He needed to do while He physically walked the earth. We have been given authority to speak to things and cause them to obey and line up with the God breathed words. But that’s another message there. Back to this faith moment. When I looked at the scripture on faith this just blew my mind.  Corinthians 5:7 says For we walk by faith and not by sight. The word walk just stood out to me. When I think about walking, I think of a movement that requires my participation. This is something that I have to do on my own whether I receive assistance or not I still have to participate. Same thing with our faith we have to utilize our faith ourselves in order for it to become stronger and access things we have never seen before. To make a long story short, walking in faith will cause us to enjoy so many things in life. It’s by faith that the brokenhearted are healed, it’s by faith we forgive those who have wronged us, it’s by faith that we receive our salvation and access into heaven, it’s by faith the things we never thought we would be delivered from we now walk in freedom in. Remember it’s impossible to please God without faith. Try exercising your faith and watch what things unfold in your life like never before. Start believing for newness in every area of your life.

Totally Free

I had to ask my self a simple but complex question at times. How do I see freedom and how can one obtain it? Since I’m a bit of a visual thinker, i began to sit back and pay close attention to the visual I was given. This led me to Isaiah 61:1-11 which explains how the Ambassadors of the Kingdom should be taking the good news (Word of God) to the poor. Let’s stop right here, we must take the good news to the poor, not our opinions, nor false doctrines. Then we should go and comfort the brokenhearted. How many of us have come across a person with a broken heart and we thought we were helping them feel better by giving them our opinions? I can honestly say I have, because at the time I didn’t know the Word of God so I did what I thought was best. Here’s the part that had me stuck for a moment, we must proclaim freedom from the captives. This really made me think, because most of the time we as humans always to try to fix something which is not a bad thing, but the big question is are we fixed in that area as well. Two people that are held captive by the same thing can’t help the next person become free unless they free themselves first. In verse 1 it started off the Spirit of the Lord is on me, meaning this person was free because 2 Corinthians 3:17 clearly says “Now the Lord is Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is FREEDOM”. Remember freedom doesn’t come from our opinions and false teachings but from the Lord. So if you haven’t accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, today can be the day. Just say out loud, I believe that Jesus is Lord and I believe in my heart God raised Jesus from the dead. For in my heart I believe and are justified, and with my mouth I profess my faith and I am saved. (Romans 10:9-10). This is your beginning of walking in freedom. Choose to walk in total freedom now and never look back at the chains that tried to keep you away from your freedom. I speak an abundance of peace, and joy over you today in Jesus’ Name (So Be It).

Journeys To Free Others

As we travel through this journey called life, I have come to understand that a lot of the things us as individuals have experienced or experiencing are to help others. Revelation 12:11 tells us that they overcame by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. Not what they have heard but what they have experienced themselves. Many times we hide behind the mask of emotions, that stifles us from expressing our true emotions. Not realizing that a close friend or relative could be set free by the testimony that has birth out of a situation. As for me, I now know that some of the things that I have endured were not only to push me into my destiny, but to help the next person who may be facing the same trial. There’s a purpose behind every situation. I’ll use myself as an example. Earlier this year I had experienced a miscarriage after 2 1/2 years of trying to conceive. But the beauty of this journey is that I can help someone else stay in faith and  overcome this obstacle. It taught me to continue to lean not on my own understanding and to continue to trust God. Instead of growing bitter and falling into depression.  It’s showing me how to take every thought captive. The moral of the story is that this situation was bigger than my husband and I. I truly believe that I am called to help other press through the pain of infertility and to help teach others to depend on the word of God when doubt tries to come in and flood their minds. We must keep fighting the fight of faith. These are the perfect situations for God to be God. Remember your trials are not only for you but to help free the next person.

The Rush

Many of us rush to get to work, cook a meal for our families, and even to go hang out with our friends . But how many of us rush to spend time with God. I can honestly say I’m guilty of this from time to time. We get so caught up with schedules and system that we forget to set time aside first to spend time with our Father. One thing I have learned is that in His presence you will find all the things you need. So why not start rushing to get in His presence. You can do this at anytime, don’t limit your time with Him only to Sundays and Wednesdays. Practice rushing into His presence FIRST and watch how that sets the tone for all your days.

What Kind of Fruit Are You

When you have escaped from the busyness of the world and actually sit back and examine your day ask yourself what type of seeds did I deposit into people I had encounters with. Proverbs 18:21 NKJV Says that Death and Life are in the power of the tongue. Many years I’ve heard this scripture quoted backwards “Life and Death”. I’ve pointed this particular scripture out because it’s so easy to curse or speak death over a person FIRST instead of speaking life over them. Our words are seeds and should be used carefully. Most of the hurts we experienced in our lives are from our past, but since words are seeds they have the potential to grow into good or bad things depending on what type of seed is planted. Luke 6:43 NKJV tells us that a tree is known by its fruit. What type of fruit are you bearing? When people have an encounter with you are you always angry, bitter, envious etc? Or do you display love, peace, and caring characteristics? We have the power to be fruitful everyday we just have to make sure we’re producing good juicy fruits. Remember be Ignited to Ignite someone else.

I’m Not For Sale

Many of us tend to have an invisible for sale sign on us. I say this because of our actions. Some of you may be reading this now and say to yourself I’ve never sold myself to anything. Truth be told some of us have sold ourselves to the sex before marriage world, our jobs, friends etc. What we fail to realize is that there are other ways we tend to sale ourselves. For example the word of God continuously speaks on forgiveness but we tend to walk in unforgiveness which is a form of selling ourselves to unforgiveness. When something is sold we no longer can dictate how it can be used. Same with us 1 Corinthians 6:20 tells us be were bought with a price by Christ. So we can no longer do what we want to do because our lives at that moment are no longer ours. Same principle goes for Satan. This is where depression, suicide, and hopelessness is birth out of. Let today be the day you allow God to be the owner of you His plans for your life will always be for you to prosper and not fail. Even when you fall because you will get back up and keep moving forward. Remember YOU ARE NOT FOR SALE. You have already been purchased.
